Arhyp and Maia’s Stories
We decided to give it a try.
Arhyp has poor hearing and motor skills. At soccer, he started listening and hearing the coach, and, accordingly, later, the teacher at school. He began to do exercises that he could not do before, and progress in his physical abilities was always visible. He even started playing soccer in the team and was good at it. Arkhip also made friends and was looking forward to the new season. I would also like to mention the wonderful coaches who understood the peculiarities of the children, but taught them hard and kept them interested.
Sometimes we took our older daughter with us, and she helped Arkhip and the other kids, and she was good at it, so now she is thinking about a future profession related to helping children with autism.
Arhyp always talks about his football.
Inclusive football was a great initiative that helped children develop and gave parents time and opportunity to communicate. When we drive near Olimpiyskiy, Arhyp always talks about his football. We were looking for a substitute sport for the boy, tried dancing, but not all teachers understand that the child has motor problems, it is difficult for him to repeat movements, working with him requires more time, patience and a special approach, football with nt children is too fast and violent, so we are not playing sports yet, we will be happy to join if the project continues, now Arkhip can already help the coaches
Thank you for the wonderful memories, we found a photo from 2020, in the first classes he could not practice alone, his sister helped, and in the photo in May 2023 he was already practicing alone, and also found a friend.
